Surethik™ Inc. will replace product that has been damaged during shipment or is defective in a tangible manner. Insured return postage charges are the customer responsibility. Surethik™ Inc. will make every reasonable effort to resolve any billing or shipping related discrepancies and to serve our customers faithfully.

• If the wrong product or color has been sent, we will gladly replace free of charge.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer a refund policy or any kind, other than a limited 10 day from purchase a 80% refund for laser combs sold. Laser combs can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a 20% restocking fee, or refund 80% of the purchase price, less cost of shipping.

• This is only available with the 1st 10 days of purchase and on laser products returned in good and working condition. Otherwise, there is no other warranty or guarantee offered, other than manufactures warranty listed on Manufacturers web site. All manufacturing warranties must be handled by manufacturer.
