In order to return your products simply contact us within 30 days of purchase (please include your order number) at customersupport@surethik.com for your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and to get a prepaid return label. Once the products are received back to us, a full refund will be issued.

SURETHIK INC. will also happily replace product that has been damaged during shipment or is defective in a tangible manner. SURETHIK INC. will make every reasonable effort to resolve any billing or shipping related discrepancies and to serve our customers faithfully.
