In order to return your products simply contact us within 30 days of purchase (please include your order number) at customersupport@surethik.com for your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and to get a prepaid return label. Once the products are received back to us, a full refund will be issued.

SURETHIK INC. will also happily replace product that has been damaged during shipment or is defective in a tangible manner. SURETHIK INC. will make every reasonable effort to resolve any billing or shipping related discrepancies and to serve our customers faithfully. If the wrong product or color has been sent, we will gladly replace free of charge.
